1. Coil Cut to Length Line
The cut to length line is foreseen to be suitable to process the Hot Rolled Coil and prepare completely flat & rectangular shape sheet in different widths & lengths called “PARALLELOGRAM”, suitable for manufacturing Octagonal Poles, High Mast Poles multisided, and Round Conical Poles.
It is composed of Decoiler, Snubber Roller, Pinch Roll & Pre-leveler, Edge Trimming & Recoiling, Main Leveler, Shear, Stacker, etc.
2.Trapezoidal Cutting Line
Trapezoidal Cutting Line is foreseen to be suitable to process the Hot Rolled Sheet coming from Decoiling machine and cut into trapezoidal shape, suitable for manufacturing Octagonal Poles, High Mast Poles multisided, and Round Conical Poles
One PARALLELOGRAM shape sheet will normally slited into two trapezoidal sheet in most of the cases.
3. Tandem Press Brake
Tandem Press Brake is composed of two sets of Press Brake, CNC controlled synchronized together to work wither single or both together, accompanied OCTAGONAL & ROUND CONICAL bending Tooling.

4. Automatic Pole Welding Machine
Automatic Pole Welding Machine is foreseen for automatic continuous submerged arc solid flux welding system. It should be capable of welding Octagonal, Multisided and Polygonal High Mast pre formed poles in single shell or double shell
5. Pole Straightening Machine
Pole Straightening Machine is foreseen for straightening of poles, which become bended like banana shape after welding. It with heavy duty design & construction considering eafy way of loading and unloading of the poles. It has the capable of straightening Octagonal and Round Conical welded poles.
6. Pole Bending Machine
Pole Bending machine is foreseen for bending the top end of poles, suitable for bend the top end of the pole to various of angles.
7. Lamp door cutting
Lamp Door Cutting Machine is foreseen for cutting the door by latest high definition plasma cutting machine on the lighting pole for fixing of fuse plate. The door is generally open at height of 500mm to 2000mm from bottom side of the pole.
8. Electrostatic spray line
The room body is mainly assembled by hemming cold rolled sheets, which makes its structure simple and easy to cleaning up. The colored side has air bumping system and dustproof light. It’s convenient to facilitate the spraying operation.
Uses the assembled type, with outside corrugated sheet. The oven is tight, solid, and beautiful in appearance, and has good heat insulation performance. The temperature is controlled by the conventional electrical appliance, with hot air circulation, which guarantees the inside stove has average temperature to satisfy the solidification of the powder at 180℃±5℃.
9. Automatic grinding polishing machine
